Madeleine McAulay, The Junior Factor and Caiden Cowger deserve far better that the mountain of debt these Marxists are piling on. It will take generations to pay off.

Also, as kids we use to live for Saturday morning cartoons! Jimmy Z, the reason many stations don't carry the traditional Saturday morning children's shows is because of all the new cable/Satellite TV channels. When we switched to satellite TV, we were amazed at how many kid channels there were. These are just a few: Nickelodeon, Family, Teletoon, The Cartoon Network, Treehouse TV, Disney Channel, etc. It really is amazing. I'm sure I missed a few. Who needs to wait for Saturday mornings with all these channels going 24/7? Glenn Beck offers an educational kids show called Liberty Treehouse. I'v never watched, as all my children are adults themselves, but I believe Liberty Treehouse has young presenters involved. I wonder if Schoolhouse Rock is still around?

It is not tax evasion.

The U.S. does not have a right to tax income that is earned by a foreigner who does not live in this country and did not earn the money in this country.

Eduardo Saverin did not earn that money, while living in this country.

And it is not great-lawmaking. It is the way countries that are not free, make laws.

It WOULD BE taxable if he had not renounced his citizenship in order to avoid paying taxes.

"And we don't penalize people for choosing to give up their citizenship and move out of this country." -- We should IF these people are renouncing their citizenship specifically to avoid paying their taxes. And as has been made clear - if they want to stay out of the country, they do not ever have to pay anything. But if they want to come back, they don't get to cheat the American people out of that tax money.

This is simple stuff, as I said on my show.

Tax evasion can only happen with money that comes from income that is taxable.

The money that Eduardo Saverin has earned on Facebook going public is not taxable income for the U.S.A. to collect taxes on. This is because he earned it after he was no longer a U.S. citizen and no longer living in this country.

The U.S. does not impose an income tax on people who do not live in our country and are not U.S. citizens. And we don't penalize people for choosing to give up their citizenship and move out of this country, to avoid our taxation. Nor do we make such a person pay any type of income tax to visit our country in the future.

All free nations allow people to give up their citizenship and move out of the country, if they don't want to pay income taxes on future income. And all free nations, allow such people to get back in on an occasion to visit, as with on a vacation or business trip.

Ah but that is the point - Knowing he was about to make all this money, he renounced his citizenship to avoid paying the taxes. That's tax evasion. I don't think he should do that, but can and he is free to. What Schumer and Casey and myself are saying is that if he wants to come back to America, he must pay the taxes he is trying to avoid.

When a person leaves this nation and gives up his American citizenship BEFORE he earns his money, then that money is NOT earned by an American citizen and therefore is not taxable, nor would it be considered "back taxes" in the future.

If the current law on the books that would force a person to pay his unpaid back taxes before reentering this country, covered someone who leaves this country and renounces his citizenship BEFORE the money is earned, then no one would be trying to get a new law to cover it.

Hence, Schumer's proposed law is a bad one. And Boehner clearly has misspoken.

Did you notice how Governor Brown used the terms "free enterprise", "free flow of capital" and "capitalist system" in his explanation of why California's budget forecast was so far off the mark? It almost sounds like he is preparing to blame capitalism in general. Eventually, like stressed governments in Europe, California might have trouble selling bonds. What will happen when the state cannot send out promised checks (pensions, pay checks, hospitals etc.)? Good thing Governor Brown can mobilize the National Guard. He might have a fiscal collapse on his hands - forty years in the making.

Detroit and surrounding areas have resorted to Emergency Managers. They have special powers allowing them to break union contracts. In other words, they can lay off and change salaries of workers paid by the state. It is a desperate solution, but it might be all that is left.

One thing for sure, there are many strong opinions about President Obama's (staged) announcement. He is energizing his base and hoping for a boost in fundraising. If Youtube can be saved long term, it will provide historians a 'snapshot' of public opinion.

President Obama has no qualms about weakening everything that holds society together. Madeleine McAulay, at 16 years old,seems to be more level headed than her own president.

Hey Jimmy, great Friday show! To say I am flabbergasted doesn't even begin to describe my feelings. I knew that mormonism is demonic, but I didn't know the extent of it. I travelled through Utah one summer and I felt a real oppression there. Now I know why. But prayer changes things! So that's exactly what we're going to do. What really leaped out at me, was the homosexual community's defense of these people.

Even Muslims (the ones who are attempting to appear to be good citizens) knew not to defend the terrorists. No, they did not condemn the terrorists, but they did not defend them.

But here we have the homosexual community, who wants to claim to be good citizens, who just 'swing' the other way in the bedroom, defending homosexuals that did sexual activity in a public bathroom.

This to me, proves that this type of behavior is exactly what homosexuals are all about. Otherwise, they would, if anything, distance themselves from the ones doing such in public and say that they themselves would not do that or condone that.
