It is not whether or not she is a slut. It is that he (Rush) is a gentleman, and it was out of character for him to call a woman a slut.
Rush does not want to behave as the left behaves. He is a gentleman. So he said, "sorry."
And for the record, I have contacted the one company that I do business with and have told the CEO that I will most likely stop doing business with his company, when my subscription is up.
Rush is going to be just fine. He will find other advertisers. This is not about Rush freaking out and saying "sorry," out of fear of having no advertisers.
The issue really is that the right is better than the left, and most of our men do not normally stoop to calling women names.
I'd say who I am, but you don't like me. So I won't.
One more thing:
Sandra Fluke's friend who supposedly lost an ovary and apparently did not have a second one (odd) and can no longer give her mother grandchildren, was the same friend who Fluke said was a lesbian and would not have been concerned about getting pregnant and therefore did not need the birth control pill to prevent pregnancy. --Think about it.
"Most likely stop doing business when the subscription is up"....
I bet he's shaking in his boots. As I said many times during the show, this not about Rush Limbaugh - this is about a very organized left who accomplishes a lot by pressing the advertisers to bail out.
And it's also about the right, who has no compunction or desire to go out of its way to push back.
I would rather the owner of the company wonder if he could some how keep my business, along with the business of other conservatives.
Yes, as someone who knows how business owners think, this will make him shake in his boots. He knows full well that many of his customers came to his company, via the Rush Limbaugh show. Let him second guess his decision to pull his advertising from Rush's show, as month by month customers' subscriptions come up for renew.

My point that 'most likely' doesn't do it. Pulling your business NOW does it.
I paid for a year and am not about to give that company free money. I will get my full year and bug the crud out of them for the rest of that year.
I have that ability.

By then it won't matter and it won't have any affect. Which is fine - do what you will. But I wouldn't spend another minute. I'd demand the balance of my money back and not take no for an answer.
