Tea Party Member - pointing at OWS protester, saying "You guys lack a coherent message"
Ows Protester replies: "Yeah, like "Obama's a Kenyan, Muslim, Socialist, Nazi who wants to make grandma sit before a death panel."
That about sums it up - Lmao.
Get rid of all the nonsense, and you have something here:
"Obama's a Socialist who wants to make grandma sit before a death panel."
"Obama's a Socialist who wants to make grandma sit before a death panel."
You really buy the death panel bullhocky?
Ironic, coming from the tea party who cheered approvingly in the debates at the idea that someone should be allowed to die without medical care if they didn't/couldn't pay for health insurance.
Two completely different issues. And yes, Obamacare will have 'death panels' which will be a group of government hacks that will decide who gets to live (gets the money), and who gets to die (doesn't get the money).
"which will be a group of government hacks that will decide who gets to live (gets the money), and who gets to die (doesn't get the money)."
Under the current health care system, people already fill that position. Insurance companies pay medical professionals to turn down medical claims. The companies pay huge bonuses to the people who turn down the most cases. People die all the time because they needed emergency procedures and got their claim denied in this manner. This lack of respect for life hasn't always been the case in the American healthcare system -- Not until Richard Nixon.
Jimmy, I do NOT trust the GOP and I sure as hell do not trust you. The GOP *INVENTED* death panels in America. At least with the government taking control of this decision making, I have a feeling the people making decisions won't be denying more claims out of GREED.
We're not talking about the current system, which needs work. We're talking about Obamacare, which is a government takeover of our health care system and unacceptable.
You can't defend against death panels in Obamacare. Move on.
