Did you really mean to leave a burp in your show at the 40:42 mark of the second hour?
I must admit that I was one of those freaked out be Dick Morris on Friday. Thanks for clarifying the facts. The image of Maxine Waters grilling oil executives back in 2008, immediately sprang to mind. That was the one where she accidentally revealed her socialist plans to nationalize the oil industry. When I heard Dick's lunch alert, a straight line was drawn in my mind - I panicked.
Also, half the problem with falling for 'alarmist propaganda', is that it is so easy to do. Most of us suspect President Obama would jump at any excuse to nationalize energy production. That is what socialists do.
Also, think of what is happening in Brazil right now. There was a spill, and Brazil is refusing to allow Chevron company excutives to leave the country. Many fear that 'Crimes against nature' will end up being the excuse - legal reason used for nationalizing Chevron's investment in that country. At this point, it is only a fear, but with Soros and Obama loan guarantees, who knowns where this stunt will end. Socialist love controlling energy.
I may be looking at this with a biased eye, but doesn't it seem as if Matt Drudge is doing his level best to make Rick Santorum look unpresidential? He seems to have it in for Rick!
I thought so - that Drudge left that Santorum story up as his headline a very long time, and the headline took Rick out of context.
As to the comment about the burp: If you laughed, yes. If you were put off by it, no.
